Tenant Evaluation Instructions

All applications for Indian Spring are done electronically using Tenant Evaluation.

Applications are best filled out using a computer, not a cell phone.
Some neighborhoods within Indian Spring are managed directly by ISMA while others are managed by an outside management company. For those neighborhoods managed by ISMA directly, only one application is required

If a neighborhood is managed by an outside company then TWO SEPARATE APPLICATIONS ARE REQUIRED: ONE TO INDIAN SPRING MASTER ASSOCATION AND A SEPARATE APPLICATION TO THE OTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
